In two years, Haast has transformed compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into a smart, automated workflow, cutting review times by 80% and boosting productivity 4x. We recently closed a $12M USD Series A (Peak XV Partners, DST Global, Airtree) and are scaling into global markets.

The Role

If you've spent the last few years advising from the sidelines, this is where you move from watching to building.

You'll sit at the intersection of every function in the business; Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and help the leadership team diagnose what's broken, roadmap what's to come, build the solution, and navigate what happens next.

One week you might be revamping our pricing model. The next, you're helping design the next generation of our AI agent. You'll be the person leadership turns to when something is complex, ambiguous, or high-stakes, because you don't need a perfectly defined brief to make sense of chaos.

What You'll Own

• Strategy & Planning: Work closely with leadership to define OKRs, manage business planning cycles, and refine our Go-To-Market strategy

• Diagnosis & Consulting: Jump into critical problems across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance. Spend 2–4 weeks on a sprint, then move to what matters most next

• Operating System: Define the playbooks and processes that let us scale 10x without burning out

• Data & Truth: Own the numbers. Dig into data to answer the questions that actually move the needle, pricing optimization, sales funnel leakage, customer retention patterns

• Problem-to-Solution: When you spot an operational problem with a tech fix, scope it out and work with our engineering team to get it built

Who We're Looking For

• Proven problem-solving experience from a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1.5), investment banking, or high-growth scale-ups. You know how to break down ambiguous problems and drive to an answer.

• Operator's DNA: You loved the strategy part of consulting but hated handing off the slides. You want to roll up your sleeves and own execution.

• High analytical rigor: You're not satisfied until you've fully solved the problem. You dive into data, ask the right questions, and understand the pain point completely.

• Comfort with ambiguity: You can walk into a messy situation, identify the root cause, and create order from chaos.

• High EQ and genuine influence: You build relationships quickly with engineers, lawyers, and sales leaders alike—and you get things done without formal authority.

• Real excitement about AI: You're already tinkering with LLMs and thinking about how they change business. This isn't abstract for you.
