What we need: 

Guardian Restoration is seeking a VP, Transformation to serve as a high-impact, high-agency leader responsible for driving some of the company’s most critical operational and strategic priorities across its portfolio of Partner Companies.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will work closely with Market Area Presidents, Partner Company General Managers, service-line leaders, enterprise teams, and external partners to identify high-value opportunities, create structure in ambiguous situations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role is ideal for an exceptional analytical problem solver who is ready to move beyond recommendations and into ownership of execution and results. The successful candidate will bring the horsepower to quickly diagnose complex business challenges, the judgment to prioritize what matters most, and the credibility to drive change across a matrixed, field-based operating environment.

As VP, Transformation, this leader will be deployed against high-priority initiatives that may include Partner Company turnarounds, enterprise-wide data standardization, strategic partnerships, and other enterprise-critical efforts that improve performance across the business.

Success will require a bias for action, strong analytical rigor, operational curiosity, and the ability to influence outcomes without relying on formal authority. Compensation:

Guardian is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $180,000 to $225,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus and LTI. Actual compensation will depend on an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Location: This is a remote role with travel expected 1-2 weeks per month, either to Denver headquarters or for field site visits.
