Role Overview

The Logistics and Inventory Management Officer (LIMO) will support the Field Admin. Associate Manager. Recipient mobile phones are the primary asset the LIMO will manage, alongside other GiveDirectly assets and supplies. The LIMO will work closely with the Field Administration Associate Manager on asset, insurance, and office logistics matters, and with the ICT Associate Manager on technology assets and IT-related logistics, while keeping the Operations & Procurement Manager (OPM) informed on stock levels, asset condition, and logistics risks. The role rewards strong organizational discipline, a safety-first mindset, and comfort using Google suite and other tools to track inventory accurately.
