Saas Customer Success Specialist

And we’re looking for a Saas Customer Success Specialist to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Rapid Onboarding & Client Setup

• Immediate Outreach: Contact new agency accounts within one business day of assignment; follow up within 24 hours if unacknowledged.

• Pre-Meeting Audit: Review and optimize added locations, trade area sizing, keyword selections, and ranking maps before the client onboarding call.

• Onboarding Calls: Lead introductory meetings via Google Meet to guide agencies through dashboard navigation, assistant settings, local pages, white-label reporting, and website/Facebook integrations.

• Documentation: Record all onboarding sessions and maintain organized records in Google Drive.

Account Growth & Upselling

• Identify Opportunities: Audit assigned agency accounts to identify unmanaged GBPs and agencies that are only running small "test" accounts.

• Proactive Expansion: Reach out using company templates to showcase ranking improvements and encourage agencies to move from testing to full client rollout.

Support & Internal Collaboration

• Frontline Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact during business hours to answer software questions, troubleshoot setup, and train clients.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

• Escalate technical bugs to the tech team with clear documentation (screenshots, account details).

• Report regularly to the Sales Manager on expansion opportunities, uncompleted onboardings, and churn risks.

Required Tools

• Google Workspace

• Local SEO / Automation tools

 

Qualifications:

• Client Management: Account management, client communication, and relationship building.

• SEO & Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization.

• Technical Adaptability: Ability to learn software platforms quickly and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: ₱75,000/mo
