You’ll use AI coding agents as your main way of shipping and keep the bar high through review and testing. Success comes from systems thinking, high ownership in an ambiguous space, and clear communication, not from front-end depth.

On-site 3 days a week in Prague. Occasional overlap with India counterparts is a plus.
