Fi is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Social!
Fi is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager who's personally scaled Meta and TikTok at meaningful spend, runs creative testing like a system, and doesn't take platform numbers at face value. You'll set the strategy, own performance against acquisition targets, and be the single accountable owner for the channel.
You'll start with Meta, TikTok, and TikTok Shop, but the channel mix is yours to shape — where the budget goes, in what order, and why. Paid social sits at the center of how Fi grows, so the calls you make in this seat show up in the numbers fast — and you'll see them through from plan to launch to result.
