^{About the role}

^{We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and adaptable Intensive Care Registered Nurses to join a respected health system in Alaska, on a three‑year contract.}

^{As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑acuity, evidence‑based care while working collaboratively with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams. This facility is known for excellent nurse‑to‑patient ratios, strong trauma and critical care services, and a commitment to continuous improvement.}

^{Key responsibilities}

• ^{Deliver direct, high‑acuity patient care in alignment with ICU protocols and evidence‑based standards}

• ^{Administer critical medications, monitor complex vital signs, and manage advanced therapies including ventilators, IV infusions, and hemodynamic support}

• ^{Collaborate with intensivists, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to assess patient conditions and implement tailored care plans}

• ^{Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly}

• ^{Respond rapidly to life‑threatening emergencies, performing advanced procedures such as code response, airway management, and resuscitation}

• ^{Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)}

• ^{NCLEX‑RN passed (or actively preparing)}
