Recruitment Coordinator – 9-Month Temp Contract

Eclipse Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm. Founded in 2007, we have over 120 employees across 4 office locations – Hong Kong (our HQ), Sydney, Shanghai and Chicago. Our trading expertise and strategies are deployed across several markets globally, focusing on various products including equity derivatives, delta one, ETFs, commodity derivatives, and cryptocurrency. The successful candidate will be part of our Human Resources team, reporting to the Head of Human Resources. This is a 9-month contract full-time on-site position based in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle for both experienced and graduate hires, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and assessment
• Support the onboarding process, including initiating background checks, coordinating visa applications and handling relocation logistics where required.
• Maintain and update the company’s HR database and recruitment records
• Prepare, update, and analyze various HR-related reports to support decision-making
• Assist in organizing team events and employee engagement activities where necessary
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best recruitment practices
• Support other ad hoc projects as and when necessary

What you offer

• University graduate or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Approximately 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral forms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
