ROLE

We are seeking a highly productive and detail-oriented AI-Assisted Copywriter to support Double the Donation’s content and SEO initiatives through high-volume, high-quality digital content creation. This role focuses on leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT to produce conversion-focused copy across web pages, blog articles, landing pages, and digital campaigns while maintaining strong SEO performance, accuracy, and brand alignment.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who enjoy writing extensively, optimizing workflows with AI, and continuously improving content efficiency without compromising quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content at scale using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms

• Produce conversion-focused copy for blog posts, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets

• Consistently meet ambitious weekly and monthly content production goals while maintaining strong quality standards

• Apply AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, editing, and content optimization workflows

• Ensure all AI-assisted content aligns with SEO best practices, factual accuracy, readability standards, and brand voice guidelines

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content targeting high-impact keywords and strategic search opportunities

• Continuously refine prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted writing processes to improve efficiency and output quality

• Review, edit, and quality-check AI-generated drafts to ensure publish-ready standards

• Support ongoing content operations and digital marketing initiatives across the broader team

• Track content performance insights and contribute ideas for improving engagement, search visibility, and conversion performance
  

SETUP

• This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.

  Here’s what a typical day looks like:

  • Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)

  • Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)

  • Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)

  • Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT)

  This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.

  Note: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differences

   

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role

• Exceptional English written communication and editing skills

• Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average

• Individuals who graduate with majors that could be a strong fit including Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or other Liberal Arts and Business-related degrees

• Experience in content writing, copywriting, SEO writing, or digital content creation

• Hands-on experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Byword, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization best practices

• Proven ability to manage large volumes of content under tight timelines while maintaining quality and accuracy

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

• Strong editing and quality assurance skills for polishing AI-assisted drafts into publish-ready content

• Passionate about AI, digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization

Paid vacation time

• 20 days accrued annually

• These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

• Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid life leave*

• 15 days accrued annually.

• Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.
