Associate Product Manager
Apply on company siteLearn product management where the stakes are obvious.
Most early-career product roles hand you a backlog and a Jira license. This one puts you beside a senior product leader and gives you ownership of defined product areas from the start.
PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the US, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions. Payroll and benefits are a genuinely good place to learn product: the users have concrete jobs, the failure modes are unambiguous, and the domain is deep enough to be worth real expertise.
You will support product vision and roadmap work, gather requirements from customers, sales, and support, translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze value and effort to make prioritization recommendations you present to senior leadership, partner with UX on usability testing, run market and competitive research, support launches, and monitor product performance through analytics. You will talk to customers directly and advocate for them internally.
You will need:
- Early-career product experience, or adjacent experience in business analysis, engineering, support, or customer-facing work with a clear move toward product
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Aha!, or Productboard
- Working understanding of Agile and Scrum
- Ability to analyze data well enough to support a recommendation
- Enough technical understanding to talk credibly with engineers
- Strong communication, and comfort presenting internally and externally
Nice to have: payroll, benefits, or HRIS exposure; SQL or analytics tools; usability testing.
The schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home. Early in a product career, overlap is the whole value — you learn this job by being in the room while decisions get made and hearing customers describe problems themselves.
