Position Summary
Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Visibility and Risk to lead the capabilities that show customers every identity in their environment and what each one can reach. This role owns the foundation of that layer: unified discovery across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises estates, a shared data model, and the identity graph that links accounts to the people and AI agents behind them. Or you may own risk and posture scoring, giving every account, secret, and permission a score customers can trace signal by signal and tune to their own tolerance. All of it feeds the authorization layer that decides who gets access in the moment, so what customers see becomes something we act on. You will work with engineering, data science, and the field to put it in customers' hands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for identity visibility and risk, covering discovery, the identity graph, and posture scoring, and tie it to where the company is heading.
Work with customers, design partners, and the field to understand what they need to see about their identities, and validate requirements before we build.
Gather requirements from the internal product teams that consume this data, learn their roadmaps, and design services they can adopt without a custom integration.
Own the discovery roadmap: one pipeline that finds identities, accounts, and resources across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises directories, and the rules that promote them to a managed state.
Deliver the identity graph and the correlation service that resolve scattered accounts into one person or one AI agent, and answer what that identity can reach.
Own risk and posture scoring: the score, the weighting behind it, the trace that shows which signals moved it, and the third-party signals from providers like Okta and Entra that feed it.
Hold the security and privacy bar for a product built on customer identity data, including tenant isolation, access control on score traces, and watch-before-enforce so a scoring change never locks a customer out.
Set adoption metrics and hold the product to them, and push API-first design so other teams can integrate on their own.
Stay current on where identity security posture management, shared signals, and AI agent identity standards are heading, and feed that into the roadmap.
Work closely with engineering, design, architecture, and security teams to define, prioritize, and ship.
Skills & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), and expertise in model fine-tuning and training. Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems.
Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience.
Security Sensibility: Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products.
Product Delivery: Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle.
Open Source/Customer Product Experience: Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences.
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience working with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
Experience engaging with open source or technical user communities.
Travel Expectation: up to 25%
