ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys building programs from strategy through execution and measuring business impact. You'll have the opportunity to shape DebtBook's field marketing strategy, work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and executive leadership, and play a direct role in driving pipeline and revenue growth.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership from strategy through execution, communicates proactively across teams, and follows through on commitments. Success in this role requires balancing creativity with operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and a relentless focus on measurable business outcomes.
