Recipe Specialist
Apply on company siteUnder the direction of the Recipe Technician Manager, Recipe Specialists (Technicians) work in conjunction with Research & Development and Testing teams to ensure the recipes meet company quality and operational standards. Recipe Specialists establish and observe the success and performance of products at different phases of development by performing in-depth Recipe Assessments on any and all developed/approved recipes as well as manage updates/changes within Crumbl’s Internal Recipe Instructional Library before, during, and after a product is live to franchise partners and customers.
