Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Conversica is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of our AI-powered products. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, sales, and customer success, translating customer and market needs into clear product direction and solutions that create measurable business impact.

Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, you will lead product discovery, help define new product capabilities, partner with Engineering throughout the development lifecycle, and support the successful introduction of new products and features to the market.

This is an opportunity to influence the future direction of Conversica’s product portfolio and contribute across the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and product definition through launch and adoption.
