For years, photo editing apps all looked the same - filters, fake edits, and forgettable tools. Then came Retake, the breakout AI photo app changing how people see and present themselves online.

In just two years, we’ve grown to 35M+ downloads and $40M+ ARR, and became one of the top downloaded face editing apps in the world — and we’re just getting started.

Now we’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to help write the next chapter: scaling our growth globally, shaping creative strategy, and building campaigns that reach millions every month.

ROLE

Anyone can run campaigns — few can truly own growth.

You’ll go beyond buying impressions to create real impact, blending data, creativity, and curiosity to scale a global AI brand.

As a User Acquisition Manager at Codeway, you’ll drive strategy, execution, and performance for one of the world’s fastest-growing photo apps.

We’re looking for a versatile, data-savvy, creative marketer who’s eager to test, learn, and grow fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end campaign execution. Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms.

• Drive creative testing. Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop ad concepts, test new hypotheses, and scale top-performing ideas.

• Analyze, learn, and scale. Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and use data to unlock new growth opportunities.

• Collaborate across teams. Partner with product, design, and data to understand user behavior and drive meaningful growth strategies.

• Innovate fearlessly. Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and campaign ideas — always pushing beyond what’s been done before.

• Build global partnerships. Collaborate with ad platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) and external agencies.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Solid experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media (ideally in mobile apps or consumer tech).

• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and campaign optimization.

• Analytical mindset: confident using data to guide creative and budget decisions.

• Creative curiosity: you love testing new ideas and discovering what resonates with audiences.

• Collaborative energy: great communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.

• Optimization and AI curiosity: a continuous drive to improve efficiency and a strong interest in adopting AI tools and agents to enhance everyday work processes.

• Fluent in English.
