Position Summary

Chartis is seeking an experienced OMOP Implementation Advisor to provide strategic leadership and advisory support for an enterprise OMOP Common Data Model (CDM) initiative. This is not a hands-on development role. Instead, the consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with client stakeholders and technical teams to guide implementation strategy, validate architectural decisions, oversee project execution, and ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience implementing the OMOP Common Data Model and has since transitioned into project leadership, program management, or consulting. They understand the technical aspects of OMOP and healthcare data transformation but now focus on driving strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation outcomes.

Hourly range: $100-$125. The hourly range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
