Position Overview

CARIAN is seeking a Construction Supervisor with strong field experience in transmission and distribution work, along with GIS or survey knowledge. This role supports a major transmission corridor program and focuses on daily field coordination during the survey and pre-construction phases. The position requires a strong field presence, the ability to work with survey crews and contractors, and the skill to verify and document field conditions within the client GIS system. CARIAN will provide a rental truck for daily field travel and cover hotel accommodations when overnight stays are required.

The hourly rate range for this role is $55 – $80 per hour. This range represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, assignment requirements, schedule, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, the role includes eligibility for applicable overtime, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company 401(k) match.
