The Opportunity:

BusPatrol is investing in the experience that sits at the heart of our business: serving Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs), making their lives easier, optimizing the Court partnership, and delivering measurable safety outcomes.

We are North America’s leader in automated school bus, student, and community safety solutions protecting more than nearly half a million students across 25 states. We are growing and expanding our footprint into exciting new use cases. This role will be central to building our newest use case.

As Principal Product Manager, Law Enforcement Experience, you will own one of BusPatrol’s most mission-critical challenges end-to-end. This is fundamentally a high-volume, high-stakes decision-UX challenge at the center of our enforcement platform.

Key Outcomes include:

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will work across Product, Design, User Research, Engineering, Legal, and other critical partners to build the systems, workflows, and standards that make the right decision easier, faster, and more defensible.
