Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. At Brooke, we coach and invest in our teachers to ensure students experience high-quality education at all times.  We leverage our family partnerships to support and empower our students to live choice-filled lives. What is the Associate Teacher Role?

The Associate Teacher Program is a nontraditional pathway that prepares aspiring educators to become lead teachers within one year. Designed to support early-career educators, the program combines intensive coaching, professional development, and hands-on classroom experience to help participants build the skills and confidence needed to become effective teachers. Brooke Charter Schools is committed to being an anti-racist organization. In support of this commitment, the Associate Teacher Program advances the school's anti-racist and anti-bias mission by recruiting and developing Associates from diverse cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds.
