What you will do:

• Own our ATS (Ashby): Get hands-on admin experience with Ashby, where you’ll manage user access, maintain templates, and help the team experiment with AI features and automations.

• Champion Data Quality: Keep our recruitment engine running smoothly by maintaining dashboards, auditing candidate profiles, and finding smart, proactive solutions to keep our database spotless.

• Supercharge our Tech & Partnerships: Manage our agency contracts, ensure partners have the right system access, and support integrations with new tools that make our recruiters' lives easier.

• Set our Recruiters up for Success: Partner closely with recruiters to get new roles live, ensuring perfect interview pipelines, excellent candidate experience, and compliant job postings.

• Build our Knowledge Base: Take full ownership of our internal Confluence space, creating and updating high-impact guides and resources that the entire team will rely on.

• An Ambitious Explorer: You are studying or have recently graduated in Business, HR, Psychology, or Data Analytics, and you’re buzzing to work at the perfect intersection of people and data.

• Tech-Savvy & AI-Curious: You pick up new software in a flash and love the idea of mastering advanced recruiting tools, automation, and tech platforms.

• A Natural Builder: You are proactive, fluent in English, and excited to create things from scratch - whether that’s a new dashboard or a guide for the team.

• A Clear & Tactical Communicator: You can switch between translating complex data into structured guides and updates for recruiters, based on who you're talking to. You easily walk others through your thought process and enjoy stress-testing concepts together.
