Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a supportive work environment that enables you to make a real difference? At ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement), we’re redefining autism care in a collaborative, clinician-led environment. We currently operate centers in Wayland, Sudbury, Weston, and Woburn, and we are on track to open several additional locations this year as we continue expanding access to high‑quality, neurodiversity‑affirming care.

We specialize in working with autistic children under the age of 6 using a Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach within a neurodiversity‑affirming framework. If you’re passionate about evidence‑based practice, supporting young children and their families, and growing in your career, this is the place for you!

About the Role

As a BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach. You’ll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years.
