Outside Sales Representative - Job Description

The Mission: $80k–$150k+ in Year One (Urgently Hiring)

Most "sales jobs" offer a cap and a cubicle. What You’ll Do:

This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face role. You aren’t sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

• Hunt: Operate within storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.
• Close: Build credibility and trust one customer at a time by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.
• Consult: Learn to work within a team to provide comprehensive solutions to exterior construction needs; functional or cosmetic, cross-sells and upsells. 
• Grow: Career progression is built on merit. Master each training plateau with urgency to earn more responsibility and income upside.

The Ideal Profile:

• You have a competitive spirit (ex-athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually crush it here).
• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean-ish driving record.
• You are physically capable of lifting a 50lb ladder to inspect roofs from the gutter line.
• You’re a "people person" who can build rapport in 30 seconds or less.

The Pay & Perks:

• On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000 (Top performers exceed this).
