Acumen is looking for an Impact Manager with at least 8 years of experience to support the Associate Director of Impact and help the team design and implement Acumen Academy’s Theory of Change and Impact Framework. This role reports to the Associate Director of Impact who is based in London. Acumen operates under a hybrid work agreement; we are in the London office for a minimum of three days a week. We are also open to candidates in Nairobi or Mumbai

About the Role
We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in developing Theories of Change, Impact and Evidence and Measurement Frameworks. This will suit a self-starter who is able to operate/work independently, someone who is comfortable working with data and technology, who wants to learn and grow within an impact role

4. Analysis & Insights Generation and Communication 

5. Adaptive Management and Feedback Loops
