As the need for scaling data becomes the core bottleneck to progress, moving from general knowledge to domain expertise, and from chatbots to agents. Abundant is solving this by designing and operating simulation infrastructure where next-generation models learn to reason and solve complex problems.

Our team is composed of high-impact former founders, ML engineers, roboticists, and data leads from companies like Waymo and Google, with experience deploying models at 1B user scale. We partner with a majority of the top AI labs, frontier startups, and F500 enterprises to enable AGI, ASI, and physical intelligence.

THE ROLE

As Operations, you work directly with the CEO and the internal Operations team as we scale. You will be a key part of the operational backbone of the company.

You are a utility player: sharp, resourceful, and equally comfortable doing hands-on execution. No task is out of scope. You'll be empowered to do whatever needs to be done to solve the problem or answer the question.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and optimize operational capabilities: billing and revenue operations infrastructure, business development support, and other functions we stand up as we scale.

• Assist with business development activities including outreach support, deal tracking, outsourced talent invoicing, and recruiting.

• Support talent recruiting end-to-end (sourcing, top-of-funnel outreach, interview coordination, work trials, candidate relationships, and external recruiter management).

• Support the company's administrative infrastructure: financials (payroll, expense tracking, vendor payments, invoicing) and any other operational foundations that keep the business running smoothly.

• Identify operational inefficiencies, model the tradeoffs, and propose prioritized solutions with clear implementation plans.
