As a Mid-Level Special Technical Operations (STO) Analyst, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of compartmented operations while assisting with the integration of emerging capabilities across the customer enterprise.
In this role, you will contribute to operational reporting, mission planning, and cross-organizational coordination efforts that support space and multi-domain operations. You will work closely with operational teams, mission partners, and acquisition organizations to ensure mission requirements are understood and effectively communicated.
The ideal candidate possesses experience supporting space operations, Intelligence Community missions, or Special Technical Operations activities and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Support STO operational planning, coordination, and reporting activities.
- Assist with the management and tracking of Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM).
- Prepare operational briefings, reports, and decision-support products.
- Coordinate with mission partners to support planning activities across operations centers.
- Provide feedback on operational procedures, capabilities, and system performance.
- Support system integration, automation initiatives, exercises, and operational assessments.
- Identify and document operational risks, intelligence gaps, and mission impacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the customer enterprise to support mission objectives.
