Director of Compliance

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

Fliff also offers Fliff Pick’Em, a peer-to-peer daily fantasy sports (“DFS”) contest format that allows players to compete against each other by building lineups of athletes and selecting whether or not those athletes will outperform or underperform statistical projections for real-world sporting events. Fliff Pick’Em provides another vertical for our players to engage with the games they enjoy.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to join our Legal Team and help design, implement, and optimize our compliance function across all Fliff verticals. As Fliff expands its product ecosystem, this role will oversee our core gaming compliance and also lead compliance strategies for our upcoming prediction market initiatives (CFTC frameworks) and robust consumer protection standards (FTC compliance).

This role will report to our Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and will serve as Fliff’s senior compliance lead. You will have direct responsibility for regulator engagement and compliance strategy.
