About the Role

We’re looking for elite Account Executives who thrive on challenge, own outcomes, and want to be part of something category-defining.

You’ll run the full sales cycle, build pipeline from scratch, and lead conversations with senior executives at some of the most iconic enterprise brands in the world. You’ll evangelize a new way of going to market — AI-led revenue growth — and help us create the playbook for the next generation of GTM.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle — from outbound to close to expansion — across mid-market, and enterprise

• Build and manage pipeline with a focus on executive-level outreach and high-velocity execution

• Lead strategic discovery and demo calls that tie 1mind directly to measurable business outcomes

• Partner with GTM leadership to evolve our strategy, messaging, and sales motion

• Act as a credible thought leader and category evangelist for AI-led growth in the market

• Founder’s mentality: You act like an owner — proactive, resourceful, resilient and always in service of the customer and the mission

• Executive presence & evangelism: You command a room, reframe buyer thinking, and tell a story that moves people

• Consistent overachiever: You’ve crushed quota again and again through precision, speed, and strategic execution

• Grit & coachability: You’re relentless, curious, and always leveling up. Feedback is fuel

• Process-obsessed: You’re buttoned up, data-driven, and operate with efficiency and intent

What You’ll Bring

• 3–7+ years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota

• Experience selling into GTM, product, or technical leadership — and a strong network with C-level decision makers in B2B SaaS

• Background in early-stage, high-growth environments where speed and ownership matter

• Proven outbound muscle — you can build pipeline from zero

• Deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Travel (up to ~30%): This is a hands-on, in-market sales role. While we’re remote-first, being face-to-face with customers is a key lever for growth, and you should expect up to ~30% travel. We’re building something early and ambitious, and that means showing up—on-site, at events, and wherever the opportunity is—to drive pipeline and revenue.

For this role, the expected base salary range is:

United States: $125,000 – $160,000 USD (plus commission)

Canada: $172,000 CAD - $220,000 CAD (plus commission)

1mind's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
